I’VE got the exclusive vid of Brit rapper DJ IRONIK’s new song Falling in Love featuring 90210 beauty JESSICA LOWNDES – and you can see it NOW.
It was filmed in LA last week and the Tiny Dancer rapper clearly took a shine to Jess.
He said: “She is incredibly cool, a talented singer and beautiful.”

Last night I celebrated 9.02.10 by attending The Buzz Girls creative dinner, held at XIV Restaurant in West Hollywood. The event celebrated 90210′s Season 2 DVD release, and honored all of the wonderful creative women who work on the hit show.
The intimate 40-person dinner included a delicious multi-course meal from XIV Restaurant’s killer menu. There was such a cool vibe throughout the evening, as the all-female dinner included the cast members, network executives, writers, producers, and publicists. It was a great opportunity to spend time with the creative women both in front of and behind the iconic show.
The leading ladies of the “90210” crew were all there, looking super stylish as always. Shenae Grimes appeared first, rocking a flowered top with thigh-high leggings. AnnaLynne McCord looked amazing as always in a shiny mini black dress, accessorized with the sickest snake-like jewelry ensemble. Jessica Stroup rocked a mini with my favorite combo – black and gold, and strutted her new “GinniferGoodwin-inspired” shorter ‘do. Last but not least, Jessica Lowndes lit up the room when she arrived in her glowing gold dress and bright red lips.
Throughout the night, I spent time mingling and talking fashion with the girls — they have such great chemistry on and off the set, and it was obvious they were all really close. The whole cast is always such a blast when I visit the set. Here is one of the segments when I visited the set at the end of Season 2, in case you missed it:
A few weeks ago, I re-visited the set and got to chat with some new cast members, as well as the usual suspects including: Matt Lanter, Tristan Wilds, AnnaLynne McCord, Shenae Grimes, Jessica Stroup, and Gillian Zinser. We’re taking you behind the scenes of “90210″ as guest stars Kim and Khloe Kardashian shoot a drama-packed scene with series hottie AnnaLynne McCord.
“We’ve always been [such big fans] of ‘Beverly Hills, 90210′ and we love the newer ’90210,’ so we thought it was just a perfect fit,” Kim tells ET.
“They’re really sweet,” Naomi says. “I love the dynamic of having the sisters doing family things… I have two sisters and so it’s cool whenever I see that in Hollywood — people sticking with their family and doing things together.”
Kim and Khloe guest star as themselves on the show, playing friends of AnnaLynne’s character Naomi, who’s in need of a dress, pronto. But when the sisters try to help her out with selections from their shop, Dash, mayhem ensues — and a fun time on the set was had by all, Kim and Khloe tell us.
“I mean, we’re not actresses,” Khloe says.
“Speak for yourself,” Kim teases back.
“Okay, ‘Angelina,’” Khloe jokes.

Jessica Lowndes is revealed as Zooey Magazine’s October cover girl. Zooey Magazine is a young women’s magazine that features entertainment, fashion, health, and celebrities.
A sneak peek of the photo shoot is below. The issue releases later this month in Barnes & Nobles and Books-A-Million nationwide.
I hope that we will soon also get a preview of the cover with Jessica Lowndes on it cause the photoshoot looks amazing in the video!

We actually spent “9.02.10 Day” with a couple of our fave actors from The CW’s “90210″! Jessica Lowndes and Ryan Eggold, who play Adrianna and Mr. Ryan Matthews, chatted with us right after their interview on the KTLA News Morning Show!
Of course, we had to start off with the big earthquake in the Season 3 premiere, in which Matt Lanter (who plays Liam) told us someone wasn’t going to escape unscathed.
“It definitely shakes things up metaphorically,” Lowndes tells Zap2it, then adds, “There’s definitely someone that doesn’t get out of it doing too well.”
Lowndes tells us that when we meet up with Ade, she has dropped out of school to continue her singing career. And while fans of “Navianna” may be glad to have the couple back together, it doesn’t sound like smooth sailing for them.
“I think it’s definitely hard, because she’s no longer at West Bev,” she says. “She’s trying to pursue this thing and I think she ultimately falls in love with the idea of being famous.”
The actress tells us that Ade will make some bad decisions that might not score points with the fans. “I hope that people still love her by the end of it and will see her heart,” Lowndes says.
And as for Mr. Matthews, he’ll be dealing with a whole new drama as Jen’s baby-daddy. “It’s all about the baby for me right now, which is really cool,” Eggold tells us.
Lowndes, whose character has had her own set of baby problems, says she’s passing the “baby baton” to Eggold.
“Jen is back in style as her wonderful, awful, yet endearing self,” he says. “And we’re sort of stumbling through adulthood trying to figure out how to raise a child, completely overwhelmed.”
A couple other things the stars told us made us very happy. Remember that hilarious scene with a drunken Mr. Matthews? Lowndes and Eggold tell us they had some problems with seagulls loving him a little too much!
And for the fans who have been waiting for Lowndes’ album, she’s still recording for it, but she’ll have a single out with a UK hip hop artist dropping on October 25, so look out for that!
